Program information and submission requirements.
The evaluation conducted within KASMOS is not medium-based. The emphasis is on whether the submitted work demonstrates a scalable structure and long-term expansion potential. The following categories describe the types of creative work this intake is designed to receive.
Character-Driven
Centered on clearly identifiable characters with stable visual traits and development potential. Emphasises the character's capacity for ongoing evolution, suitable for series-based and multi-format expansion.
World- or System-Driven
Developed around a defined world framework or rule system, with scalability supported by an overarching structure. Capable of accommodating multiple characters, narratives, or product forms.
Object- or Artefact-Driven
Centred on a defined object, artefact, or design language with a distinctive visual identity. Emphasises the object's capacity to carry meaning, cultural reference, or collector value.
Hybrid / Cross-Format
Works that integrate multiple creative dimensions — character, world, object — into a unified IP structure. Evaluated on the coherence of the overall system rather than any single element.
Early-stage and works-in-progress are accepted, provided the development direction is clear.
