Who conducts the review.
The review process is conducted within KASMOS by a cross-functional council. The council includes curatorial advisors, IP strategy professionals, and product development representatives. In cases of potential conflict of interest, relevant reviewers will recuse themselves from the evaluation process.
The following describes the internal engagement structure of KASMOS that projects may enter after passing through this intake. These levels are not rankings. They reflect depth of engagement within the KASMOS system and are not publicly disclosed unless mutually agreed.
Curatorial Screening
All submissions are reviewed for completeness and basic eligibility. Incomplete submissions are not forwarded.
KASMOS Internal Review
Eligible submissions are evaluated across four dimensions by the KASMOS Review Council. This stage determines which projects are shortlisted.
Kayou Group Assessment
Shortlisted projects are assessed by Kayou Group for strategic fit, production feasibility, and long-term development potential.
